Legion

Legion is one of the antagonist for "New Vision". I really had fun with his design. The Idea is that he is a rouge agent from the secret organization called the Black Suit Core (BSC). The BSC agents utilize these unique Suit and Ties that grant them special abilities. Legion has been stoking the fires of the criminal underground in New Vision in order to draw out BSC operatives, eliminate them, and take their ties in order to add to his ever growing power.
